A picture of 5710 Main St taken in 1900. This home was the original Miller Homestead where Benjamin and Susannha Fulmer Miller first lived with their children. Story has it that when Buffalo was burned by the British in 1810, the family uprooted from this home and fled to Batavia and returned a few days later to find everthing still as the left it, including the bread still on the hearth. click here to see a bigger picture.

Barney Miller originally built this building when he needed room to expand his Hardware store. Ed Young bought the business from Barney in 1965 and moved to their current location 1n 1972.
